Kind, compassionate, loving. One who brings out the best in others and consistently reflects the love of God (aka the universe, unity consciousness, higher power, etc) regardless of circumstances. I want to embody joy in every moment. To teach peace, heart to heart, leading by example.

Home. I want to go home to God (heaven, realized unity consciousness, dissolution into nirvana, etc). On the way, I'd like to see everything I can, connect with all the people and blessed living beings I can, and support positive energy, harmonious ways of living, and love in every way I can.

I believe in abundance, and the best way to invest abundance is to share it. Time, energy, love...these things all multiply when you give them away, through listening to a loved one, acquaintance, total stranger, or "enemy" when they are suffering or excited or just in the mood to connect with a fellow human being. Help someone with a garage sale or home remodel. Go to another country and volunteer--I worked with Habitat for Humanity in Cambodia for a day helping a family pick-ax the baked clay in their backyard for a family latrine. It was a beautiful way to connect in gratitude, as well as hopefully bettering all of our lives. Since the universe is a mirror, the best way to receive love is to give it away, as often as possible, as purely as we can, from gorgeous, vulnerable, open hearts.
Peace be with you. Invest well. May happiness be your reward!

This past weekend, I went to a three day integral workshop on Bringing Love into Community: transforming integral theory into a compassionate vehicle. Saturday I woke up grieving for a dear friend who had passed over in February from a drug relapse (after 10 years sober), and it stayed with me all day. I took this opening energy (as grief and tears are often an opening experience) and went for a hike to a very sacred place nearby where his ashes are scattered. After walking a few miles in the red rock desert, the grief opened up to play and I began running and climbing all over the sandstone formations my friend had loved so much. It was the perfect place to return to play and pour out the grief through my running, skipping feet. :)
